DIP Holding, the real estate arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, is set to raise around $529 million through an initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market, at a valuation of roughly $2.6 billion. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on November 11.

Founded in 2023, DIP Holding owns Dubai Investments Park, one of Dubai's established industrial and logistics zones that was first launched back in 1997. Over the years, the park has grown into one of the city's key hubs for manufacturing, industrial and logistics companies, and now stands as the flagship asset behind the newly listed subsidiary.

Its parent company, Dubai Investments PJSC, is a well-known Emirati investment holding group with a market value of close to $4 billion, with interests spanning real estate, industry and financial services. The DIP Holding listing follows a wider trend of UAE investment conglomerates spinning off subsidiaries onto the Dubai stock market, a strategy that has gained momentum in recent years as firms look to diversify funding sources and deepen liquidity in Dubai's equity market.

Market analysts view the offering as another sign of sustained international investor appetite for UAE assets, particularly in Dubai's industrial and logistics real estate sector, which has benefited from the emirate's continued growth as a regional trade and manufacturing hub.
